We recommend you to keep your product away from perfume, soaps, cosmetics, cleaning materials and similar substances.

After wearing your products, you should wipe them with their cloth, store them in their boxes, limit their exposure to sunlight and humid environments to prolong the life of your product.

Every product you purchase from www.bodhita.com.tr is under the warranty of Bodhita within the scope of the valid warranty conditions.

Your products are under guarantee against any defects caused by production for one (1) month from the date of purchase.

Before returning the purchased product within the periods specified above, an e-mail with the product invoice number and order number must be sent to info@bodhita.com.tr, along with a brief explanation regarding the reason for the request to return the product.

Damage to your jewelry as a result of misuse and accidents and breakage of natural stones are out of warranty.

To begin the repair, exchange, and return processes, you must send an email to info@bodhita.com.tr with the order number.
